　岐阜県・飛騨高山(ひだたかやま)・上三之町で200年の歴史を刻む酒蔵。「舩坂酒造店（ふなさかしゅぞうてん）」は、城下町の風情漂う「古い町並」に佇む造り酒屋（つくりざかや）です。

　日本アルプスに連なる、飛騨の深き山々。この美しい自然から生み出された湧水を用い、寒冷な風土で恵まれた自然の条件のもと、良質な酒造米を用いて、代々と続く伝統の技術で醸しだした日本酒をつくりあげています。中でもこだわりの「深山菊・飛騨の甚五郎」は色沢淡麗にして風味濃く、しかも軽快な滑らかさをもった飲み飽きしない自慢の清酒です。

皆様により日本酒を身近にお楽しみいただけますように、酒造りはもちろん敷地内にはレストランやお土産処も併設しております。また、お気軽に試飲いただけるコーナーや憩いの広場もご用意しておりますので、ゆっくりと思い思いの時をお過ごしいただけますと幸いです。飛騨高山にお立ちよりの際は、是非ともお越しくださいませ。

「Funasaka Sake Brewery」 and 「Aji no Yohei」

誠に勝手ではございますが、年末年始の営業時間を変更させていただきます。どうぞよろしく願い申し上げます。

Thank you for your continued patronage of “Funasaka Sake Brewery” and “Aji no Yohei.” We sincerely appreciate your support. We regret to inform you that there will be changes to our operating hours during the year-end period. Please refer to the details below for more information.

■Operating Hours Change Date: December 31, 2024 (Tuesday)

・Funasaka Sake Brewery (Sake store)

　Operating Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

　“Japanese Sake Coin Server” (testing corner) and “Masu Sake” service hours: Available from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

・Aji no Yohei (restuarant)

　Operating Hours: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

　Please note that dinner service will not be available on this specific date.

■Operating Hours Change Date: January 1, 2025 (Wendnesday)

・Funasaka Sake Brewery (Sake store)

　Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

■Restuarant Holidays (For Aji no Yohei only, the sake store operates as usual):

・From January 6, 2025 (Monday) to January 9, 2025 (Thursday), and

・From January 14, 2025 (Tuesday) to January 16, 2025 (Thursday)

・Please be informed that the directly operated store of Funasaka Sake Brewery (Sake store) will remain open.
